verycosy.co.uk always do our best to ensure all the goods arrive in perfect condition.
Currently we do not offer return options for the goods.
However, if the mistake happens and you receive damaged goods, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and send a short feedback on the goods quality and attach images. We will change the damaged goods at no cost to the client or credit them in the customer’s account in case the change is impossible. Each case will be investigated individually.
If an order is cancelled in accordance with paragraph 6 above, then we will refund the amounts owed as soon as possible following cancellation and in any case within 30 days following cancellation.
If we are due to provide you with a refund then this will be made to the credit or debit card used to carry out the original transaction.
